These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Magino Daniel, an independent software developer and digital services provider. By accessing this website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or request my services.

All services are provided on a project basis. Scope, pricing, and timelines are defined per project and may change with notice.

4. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party tools or providers such as hosting companies, APIs, libraries, or payment services. I am not responsible for outages, failures, pricing changes, or policies of third-party providers.

5. Project Process

• Consultation: Discussion of requirements, scope, and budget
• Proposal: Definition of deliverables, timeline, and cost
• Deposit: Required before work begins (non-refundable)
• Development: Work based on agreed scope
• Delivery: Final deliverables released after full payment

6. Fees & Payment

Project fees depend on scope and complexity. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Final code, files, and assets are delivered only after full payment.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All work remains my intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you.

I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” I do not guarantee that deliverables will be error-free or uninterrupted and am not responsible for third-party failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. I reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

11. Age Requirements

Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. Users under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

13. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
